Christmas 2010

Well another Christmas has came and went and we had a good one.Everyone happy,healthy and Santa found everyone..Where Jonathan is getting older we thought it would be nice to get the tree up a bit earlier this year start talking about Christmas earlier just to get him all excited,well the night before Christmas we finally got to say Jonathan guess who comes tonight???Santa is coming tonight.He looked at me with no excitement and said yup..That's was it..loll.Might as well said sure he is....lolol.I think we might have talked about it a bit too long, he thought it was just another day or i'll believe it when i see it..lolol..It was a great day but like last year our boy was sick, ugh!So he didnt feel the best and was a bit cranky too..One funny thing that happened while he was sick,he couldnt sleep so i put him in bed with me for a bit to watch some TV and had his advil on my night stand....All of a sudden he looked at it and said Mama?I need some medicine..I said you do?What's wrong Buddy?He said i don't feel good...I said what hurts????He than looked and me than put his head down and said......My feelings...lol.I had to ask again,what was that i said?He said my feelings hurt i need some medicine...LOLOLOL....So cute,that was his new line for the week from daycare,my feelings hurt..lol.. He got sooo much stuff,there were no shortage of gifts for our boy that's for sure,he is sure loved by all.....

And that's how it suppose to be...

Snice Jonathan was born every night i always said to him i love you to the moon and back..He is now saying it to me everynight without fail even before i get a chance to say it..Sometimes he really knows how to milk it too..lololl..If he was caught doing something wrong and by looking at my face he comes running and says ....Moon and back Mama?To the moon and back??And it works every time..lolol.Little fart...lol...Christmas will soon be here and i have been talking about it early this year where Jonathan is getting older now.Soo funny, now if he see's Christmas lights,he say oh Christmas!!!!!Or even Santa,oh Christmas...Everything is Christmas.It snowed hard the other day and out of the blue oh Christmas,you excited??I said yes Hunny i'm excited...He gets soo happy and excited and just finally got done talking about Halloween,i am thinking Christmas will go on forever...And that's how it's suppose to be...

Dinner for Two

Before i was pregnant i couldn't wait to have a little one of my own to take out to eat,or just something for the two of us to do.I remember going out to eat and seeing the odd parent with a small child sitting down eating and having small talk,i thought it was soo cute,nice..Jonathan is now at the age that we can do those things,and i love it,but you never no what to expect!lol..After work last Friday night i picked up Jonathan and we went to Wendys for supper.It was a busy time 530 or so..We found a table and sat down to eat..We always get a booth,and behind Jonathan a man sat down and Jonathan pointed to him and said out loud who's that Mama??lol..I said i don't know Hunny, just turn around and eat,well before he turned back around and sat down,he let out this big fart!I could of died and before i had a chance to say anything Jonathan looks at me than the man sitting beind him and says..Just my bum talkin.....OMG...I laughed soo hard,but the man didn't..lol..Just as we were finishing up eating a employee comes around to offer everyone a mint....He gets to our table and says would you like a mint to Jonathan..Jonathan than gets down from his seat puts his hands in the air and yells.....I GOTTA POOP,I GOTTA POOP,jumping up and down..OMG again..Everyone around us looked at us and laughed,i than had to leave our table with our jackets and run to the bathroom.We get to the bathroom,my face still red as a beat and as i am pulling his pants down and trying to stop laughing,i say Jonathan if you ever need poop you don't yell it out loud,just come whisper it in my ear and tell me ok?He said ok.After a few mins in there i asked him,are you all done Buddy??He than said come here and pulled my head to his mouth and whispered no a little bit left...LOLOL..

More random funnies

Nothing much new with us other than the things my boy says..lol..Everything now is..I bought it for you!If he see's something he likes or that you like that isn't his,for some reason says here you go i bought it for you..No idea..lol..Something new that Jonathan is learning is everyone's name,my name,Steve's name ect,which we thought was great,but nowwwwwwwwwwwwww he says things like hey Peg,can you get me some milk please?lol..Or Steve i need to pee.I think it's soo funny,Steve's not big on it, but i just tell him he's learning..Jonathan is such a little teaser too,i snuggle him and call him my snuggle bug,his Dad tickels him,so we call him Dad's tickel bug...Well just to get us going he calls says he my tickel bug and Steve's snuggle bug,always doing funny things like that,and busting a gut while doing so.He is still doing great at the potty training,but now if he needs to poop he yells hey Peg i have to go have a snake!!LOL.OMG!!He is so funny and needs to look at his poop when he's done and says it looks like a big snake..lol.The other day i thought he was done and took him off the toilet,he says no no no,and tries to get back on, and says a little bit left!lolol..Guess he wasn't finished..I always have teased my sister about being a nosebag,she likes not to miss anything.Jonathan is the same way ever since he was little and the odd time i had called him a nosebag like his Aunt..lol..Well the other day the cat was peeking around the corner looking at him and out of the blue Jonathan yells at him nosebag!!!!!Steve and i just looked at each other and tried not to laugh,but it was hard..Guess we won't be calling him that anymore,God knows who he will call that too sometime..lol

His first hunting trip

This is Jonathan's first year to hunting with his Dad and i am not sure who was more excited,Jonathan or his Dad..lol..I packed my two boys a lunch and off they went..He was so proud being able to sit in the front seat.Steve said he even had to make a quick stop for something and Jonathan cried not to get out..Steve said the first bird they seen he had the gun up and ready and all of a sudden Jonathan yells..GOTTA PEE DADDY,GOTTA PEE..lol..So needless to say they missed that bird,lolol..When they got home that night,i asked Jonathan how his day was and all he could talk about and still to this day about how he got to pee outisde on the rocks!!!

One step forward,two steps back.lol

Well i talked soo much about how my little guy loved to go to bed,loved his bed.Well that has all changed,hopefully for only a short period of time,lol..He cries when it's nap time,he cries when it starts to get dark knowing bedtime is coming.He has been waking up at least 3 times a night now,just like we have a new baby in the house.The other night he yelled Mama,Mama,i went in and yes?He said i need sunscreen!loll.I said what?What for?He said I too hot Mama,lolol.He must have been hot and thinking the sunscreen would have cooled him down..lol.The other day we went to Walmart to pick up a few things and having Jonathan fully potty trained(other than night time)is always nice not to have to bring so much stuff,diapers,wipes ect..Welllllllllllllllllll on that note,we were on the other end of Walmart not close to the bathroom and i turn around for just a sec than to find my boy hiding between clothes.I said what are you doing buddy?I poopin he said..I said no no no...and we took off with the cart in one hand and pulling him in the other running down the alse..lol..I was thinking oh God please no please no!We got to the bathroom and i pulled his pants down AND THEY WERE FULL and while pulling down his lttle pants everything wants to come with them..lol..So down both sides of his legs were POOP!Sooooooooooooo i was thinking now what?So into the garbage his underwear went,because i wasn't about to go and rise them in public sink.I had to try to keep him in the bathroom while i had to wet the toilet paper to scrub his bum AND LEGS!The whole time i was upset but couldn't stop laughing.The look on Jonathan's face was priceless at all the poop..Once again he said gusting Mama,gusting..Accidents happen,and he has been doing so good,it was ok...

A time to brag..

Just sitting back thinking of all the little milestones that my son has already reached.We are soo lucky!At 2 months he started to sleep threw the night and from there on we hardly ever had a problem with him going to bed,he just loves his bed.We changed him from his crib to big boy bed,no problem never tried to get out once.We took his plug away and no problems at all,i was worried about that one,lol.Next we potty trained him and he got it right away!!We are sooo lucky and very proud.He is such a good boy too.Most/some parents goal in life for their kids are to be the smartest,cutest,fastest,strongest ect.My goal is just to have a good kid,a polite one,a happy one,one who knows right from wrong..I see little things that make me want to cry already,just little things,like Jonathan playing with my Dad in the water and Dad splashed water in his face he said noo,Dad said sorry,Jonathan looked at him and said..That's ok..He could of cried,got mad but didn't.When the little girl who i babysit cries or some reason,he runs right over to her and hugs her,rubs her hair and says,that's ok,that's ok.Awhile back we had a bombfire and Steve brought out his guitar and so did Jonathan...lol..After they played for a bit Jonathan than noticed i didnt have a guitar,he looked at me and said,Mama?Where's your guitar?I said i don't have one buddy,he than picked up his guitar and tried to pass it too me and said you can have mine Mama,i share..lol..Little things like that make me soo proud.But on another note he IS a boy and only 2 and a half,lol..We went to Sobeys the other day and were going threw the check out and the lady looked at Jonathan and said hello cutie!!My son....as cute as he is, looked up at her and STUCK HIS TONGUE OUT AT HER AND WAVED HIS HEAD FROM SIDE TO SIDE DOING IT!I almost died,lololol...You just never know..lol.

I'm a big kid now!

Well a couple of days ago we began to potty train Jonathan.I must say I was dreading it,didn't know what to expect and diapers I thought were soo much easier..lol..We tried when he turned 2 and he used the potty 3 times that first day,,but never wanted to do it again,so we thought he wasn't ready.He is now a little over 2 and half and IS READY...Saturday morning we woke up had a bit of a rough morning but in the afternoon,he got it..Glad I waited till he was ready instead of pushing him..When he goes on the potty or flush,we always give him a skittle and 1 chocolate egg,and we downloaded the potty dance song too,which we play each time and dance around the kitchen..This was fun at first but we found ourself one night just getting ready to tuck him in and he said...Gotta Pee..Gotta Pee,thannnnnnnnnn when he was done Potty dance??So with the computer already shut down for the night,we were all out in the kitchen waiting for it to come on and than dancing around to the song.Hey whatever works, and it did..He seems to have one small problem though,he can't understand or like why the pictures on his little underwear are on his bum where he can't see them..lol..He always says with disappointment when i put them on him...Backwards Mommy?Backwards, and turns his little head around as far as he can see the pic on his butt..lol..Another funny thing,the other day he was sitting on his potty and farted,I said you having a big poop man?He said nope a little one..I said ok.Well when he was done he looked his potty,he stuck his little finger in the air and said NOPE A BIG ONE! LOLOLOL

and his plug was gone....

Well we did it,Jonathan gave up his plug,which most people refer to as a soother,lol,no idea why i called it that.I have been putting off doing it and the time finally came.I always said before i got pregnant that i didn't want my baby to have a plug,i didn't see a need for it,but things soo change once they are yours.Since he was born,he never left the hospital without one.I breast fed and the only way we could get him to sleep without being on me was the soother and it worked and he had it everyday till today.I think it was harder on me than him to get rid of it.To take something away from him that he doesnt know life without was hard,and something that comforted him,relaxed him,and most of all made him happy and sleep.I never minded him having his soother which he only had at nap time and bed time,but seemed to bother other people more,he's too big for that,or he doesn't need that,or that will ruin his teeth.Everyone has a opinion i guess.But the time did come, he got sick and had small blusters on his tongue and he couldn't even use it,but he tried.He went to bed with it and held it between his teeth as long as he could till he fell asleep,sad really.He would wake up so frustrated in the night not being able to use it for about 5 days and thought well i could use this as a way to get rid of it.He was down to 2 plugs and Steve and i agreed that when they were gone they were gone.So today i thought well i will snip the ends off them and tell him they were broken and hurt his tongue.I only had the heart to cut one plug and when he found it he looked at it than me and it again and said oh no!It's broken!Fix it Mama,fit it.I said i can't buddy its broken and it hurt your toung anyway.He looked and me in panic and said CAT EAT IT!!LOL.Mama go get my old plug!Go get my old blue plug,referring to the one i didn't have the heart to cut...And so i did...I let him nap with the last plug and when he woke up i snipped that one..When he found that one,he just laughed!!I was surprised!But relieved.I didn't throw them out and told him if he wanted to he could still hold them and take them to bed with him if he wanted too,and he did.When bed time came,he didn't cry once for them,not once.I was shocked.I use to joke when we gave him his plug that he looked drunk because it made him soo relaxed his eyes would even sag,lol.After 45mins of him in bed singing and laying there i heard a little voice,Mama,Mama,can't sleep.I thought oh God here we go..But i went in and he was laughing and i layed down with him and rubbed his head till he fell asleep,again i do think now it bothered me more than him.He is growing up fast,can't keep him a baby forever which i am sure i will try as long as i can,lol..I am soo proud of him!xo

Our camping trip

Last week i took our boy on his first camping trip.We went to Saint Martins with my sister and her daugher and her friend.After some family found going where we were going a few more came along which was nice.Tiff,her boyfriend Steve,Kinley,Dad and Lisa.It was such a nice hot day and the first time Jonathan got to see the ocean..He LOVES the water..He kept saying Auntie's new house?Referring to the trailor we rented,lol...He is still saying it today,go see Auntie's new house?lolo..Since my mom bought a new home,he seems to think everyone now has a new and old house..We let him stay up till we went to bed and of course only wanted to sleep with HIS auntie..lol..He woke up once in the night crying wondering where he was but went back to sleep and slept in till 930am which was great.One funny thing that happened was when Jonathan bent down to pick up some mud it ran threw his little fingers,he looked up at me slowly and said diarrhea.lololl..We did all kinds of things,swimming,collected rocks,roasted marshmellows,ect..We had a great time.

A big boy bed!

Last night was the first night our son slept in his very own bed.Jonathan will be 2 and half next week and thought it was time to take him from his crib into a single bed.Some people thought we could of done it sooner but he loved his bed soo much and not once tried to climb out of it.I think Jonathan could of slept in his crib till he was 14 if we would of let him.lol.It was nice to reach another milestone with our son,he is growing up so fast,but sad too,to see his crib come down and wonder to myself if we will ever be able to put it back up for another one.We have been tring for sometime now to have our second baby and i had the same surgery done i had for Jonathan already, but no luck,not giving up yet.Jonathan is so proud of his new bed and we are soo proud of him!!!

Jonathan makes me laugh EVERYDAY..

My boy seems to be talking more and more everyday,the things he says are so funny sometimes,i find myself telling the same stories to people over and over.The other day Jonathan and i were on our way into town for a drive and as i was backing out of the drive way,i remembered i had to check the mail and was reminding myself out loud as i always seem to do,not realizing.Well when i was done saying what i needed to say to myself,once again a little voice from behind me speaks up and says...Mom...I said yes Jonathan?He said,who ya talking too??LOLOL..I stopped the the car and turned around to look at him and said,well, myself i guess..lolloll..On our way into town,we always stop at Tim's for my coffee and his 2 timbits.He lovesssssssssss the chocolate ones,but likes to call them black ones,as i went to place my order threw the drive through,not thinking,i said,yes i would like a double double and 2 black timbits please.The lady said pardon me??I than realized what i had said and said oh sorry i mean 2 chocolate timbits..lol..You know i am a mom when..lol.This morning we were all in the living room just haning out,waking up i guess,so i thought i would make Steve and i a coffee.I brought his in and sat it on the table and and held on to mine,lolol...Well from no where, all of a sudden Jonathan comes running over to Steve's coffee with his finger sooo far up his little nose and than FLINGS IT INTO HIS COFFEE!! No idea where that came from but man i laughed hard,shouldnt have i know,but i was in shock that he did that and had no idea why!lol..Steve didnt find it funny though,lol..I guess i just waited so long to have a little person and a boy at that to do funny things like that,be bad/busy,and that he is,but soo much fun!

Just a few random things..

Well it's been awhile since i jotted anything down,nothing much new or to say.Summer has been going great but fast.My boy has been talking soo much now that when some things come from his little mouth i just have to stop and stare,and think to myself,did he just say that?How does he know that??The other day we had ice-cream,it was soo hot,Jonathan had no shirt on,the ice-cream was running down his little belly and as fast as it was running,his tongue came out even faster to lick it off under his chin.lol.I said Jonathan don't do that,gross,use a facecloth to wipe it off..He than looked at me with a straight face, and hard for a few seconds and said....Dogs do it! I almost died laughing and had to ask again,and he said it again.We dont even have a dog,but its true, they do it..lol..Jonathan like every other toddler im sure remembers EVERYTHING..Well today i was soo hot after work from all this heat we have been having,so as soon as i got home i rushed in my bedroom to change into something cool.(for just around the house)So as i was taking almost everything off,thinking Jonathan was still in the living room,i turn around and there he was,and what does my 2 year old say to me????And again with a straight face..Mommy's boobies hangin out!!OMG!!!That's all i need him to go back and say at daycare.Mommy's boobs hangin out!Nice..lol...He must of heard me saying that awhile back trying on different shirts not wanting my boobs to be hangin out and never forgot!LOL

First Road Trip

Last weekend I took Jonathan to see my best friend in Nova Scotia.We had a nice time.We took the ferry (3hours) over,i wasn't too excited about that,anyone who knows me knows i hate anything to do with water,but i managed.On the way over,the ferry wasn't too bad,Jonathan found a car to play in and sat in it for almost the the full 3 hours,however on the trip home he wasn't that excited about the car,he got bored quickly,so we did lots of laps around the boat.Jonathan is now at the stage that if he talks to someone and wants a response,he will keep talking to you till he gets one,lol.Well doing laps around the boat to keep him busy we ran into all kinds of people,and he loved to say hi to everyone and to hear them say hi back.However not everyone was soo friendly.There was 2 ladies looking (not playing) a video game and Jonathan said Hello!!They didnt even look up at him.So he said it again but a bit louder HELLLO.Still nothing,i was getting pissed,lol.I mean really,a 2year old(and a very cute one)lol,looking up at you and you can't even say hello??Well I let him go for about 5mins straight,HELLO,HI,HELLLLLO,HELLLOO,HI,till they finally said hello,than he was happy, and walked on,thats all he wanted.lol. One funny thing that happened was, I tried showing Jonathan the booies in the water,I said look Buddy,look that the big booies!!Well he tried to say it,just didn't come out quite the same.Instead,he went around saying look at the big BOOBIES!!Good God!!Oh well,it was cute and funny.lol We were there for 3 days,we did all kinds of stuff.This was the first time we had a sleep over together,and we got to sleep in a big bed which was my favorite part.Steve and I had always heard that letting a baby or small child sleep with you wasn't such a good idea,that it would be too hard for them to go back to their own bed,so we never put Jonathan in bed with us.So when we were in bed we sang songs together and we fell asleep forehead to forehead.It was nice..He sometimes woke up in the middle of the night wondering where he was,than finding me and placing his little hand in mine than falling back to sleep.I loved it!

funny how things change...

Since i was little i always wanted to have children,1 or 2.Whenever anyone ever asked me what i wanted to be or do in life,it was to be a mom,everything else was just a bonus.However i must say before having Jonathan i found myself more drawn to animals,if i seen a baby or a puppy i would run to the puppy.Funny how things change.Now every small child i see,i like to talk to them or relate them to Jonathan.Jonathan has that shirt,or Jonathan would love that hat,or wow she is big for her age,ect.Every week at work this man comes in with these sweet 2 little girls,close to Jonathan's age,i would say around 2 and 3 with long red hair and full of energy!I think of Jonathan every time i see them because 1 has a plug(soother)and the other carries a blanket,my son uses both..lol..It's soo cute how he comes in every week with this big double stroller and these busy little girls.I often wonder is he a single Dad,widow,or maybe just a stay at home Dad while the Mom is out working?I have never seen anyone with him each week.I often give the girls suckers when they come in and they like to pick which color.This week was a different kind of week when they came in.I noticed only 1 in the stroller and he was carrying one.The one he was carrying was lying her head on him clinging to her blanket,and looking at me with red circles under her little eyes and all her hair was gone...........I didn't know what to do,say, or how to react,i was honestly hoping someone else would wait on them this week,my emotions were taking over and tried so hard not to cry or to make an excuse to run to the bathroom.Just last week there were 2 little girls running around giggling,laughing.I could only once again just think of my boy..Wondering how that father felt,what he was going threw.Wondering what kind of horrible sickness that sweet girl had.He was next in line,and i got him...I smiled,he smiled,we made small talk.I tried to carry on as per usual,but couldnt get him out of there fast enough to find myself in the bathroom,taking beep breaths and trying to pull myself together for the rest of the day.They were on my mind all day.I will not take 1 day for granted with my son,even when he is bouncing off the walls or when he is licking my clean windows,i will play with him everyday and tell him everyday.....I LOVE YOU.

Jonathan and Samantha

The other day i babysat Samantha,she is almost Jonathan's age.She is a little girl i babysit a couple times a week for a playmate for Jonathan and the exta cash doesn't hurt.Jonathan LOVES Samantha,however does not LOVE her playing with any of his toys,not one.lol.(He is getting better though)Jonathan has this toy car he can sit in that is really for outside but he loves it soo much i have it in the middle of my livingroom,he just loves it.Wellllllllllllllll,you would think the world is coming to a end when Samantha sits in it.When she sat in it, he cried,screamed,tears,you name it,he did it,just to try to get her out of it.I said Jonathan it's Samantha's turn,you have to wait.Well after trying everything to get her out of it and nothing seemed to work ,he spotted a fruit loop on the floor from this morning that they had for a treat.He looked at the fruit loop,than Samantha than back at the fruit loop.I was thinking to myself,oh my God,is my 2 year old going to try to bribe Samantha with this 1 fruit loop just to try to get her out of that car?He pointed to the fruit loop(which they fight over too)than said Saaaaaaaaaamantha fruit loop,fruit loop!!Well didn't she make a run for it,and out of the car she went and the car was his!!LOL..I never seen his little legs run that fast before,and smiling from ear to ear while sitting in that car.I was shocked,and tried SO hard not to bust a gut with laughter.Later on that day Samantha had the biggest poop ever and of course Jonathan comes running to check things out!lol..I opened up her diaper and the look on Jonathan's face was priceless!Than he said Mama gusting,Mama gusting,i said,what Honey?What are you trying to say?Than i remembered,he was trying to say what i have said before when i got that kind of surprise in his diaper.DISGUSTING!!!I can't count how many times i laugh each day because of my boy,he is sooo funny..

Today was a great day!

Today was a great day..It was a family day.Steve went to work a bit early so he could come home a bit early so we could take our boy out for a day in the sun and it was a nice one!We went to the park,Dairy Queen,the green to look at the water,and than we walked around Killarney Lake.It was soo nice..I love it when we have a chance to do things together as a family,and it's sooooo obvious Jonathan does too.All day long when we looked at him all we could see was teeth!He smiled and laughed all day long.He would even fall or run into things,and didn't even cry a bit or say Mama kiss it,Daddy kiss it,ok maybe once,but if he did it home he would have done it everytime..lol.But he enjoyed himself so much today,he didnt even care,he just kept on going.At the end of the day it was the first time when we asked Jonathan,are you tired Buddy?He said yes..lol.I always look forward to the times we spend together as a family,as we dont get a chance to do it often due to work,money ect.But you dont need money to enjoy the little things in life,just a walk around the lake made our boy's day,and mine,and didn't cost a thing!Steve often teases me that i enjoy our famliy time more than Jonathan does,maybe i do,but i dont think soo.Latley even when we are all together just eating,watching tv ect,Jonathan goes around the room with his little finger pointing out saying,Mama,Daddy and than himself Jonathan with a big smile.It was a great day..

Blow on it Mama

Where Jonathan is into everything,like every toddler,we have always tried to tell Jonathan when not to touch if it's too hot.At meal time we have shown him to blow on hot things to cool it down,we say blow on it Jonathan,too hot.So now anything and everything that we say is hot he has to blow on it,or get someone else too just in case..Soo funny.The other day it was nice and hot out,Jonathan now knows how to open and close our WINDOWS in the livingroom.Wellllll warm air must have blew in,Jonathan looks at me from across the room and says,hot Mama hot.I said yes,it's the sun,its hot outside.He said,blow on it Mama,blow on it,too hot!LOLOLOL..I laughed soo hard..

Daddy do it!

Since my son was born everyone including my husband said that Jonathan is such a Mama's boy.He would cry when i left the room,even to go to the bathroom.Most of the time if i left the house without him i would have to sneak off or he would cry for a long time after.Mama this,Mama that. I am not sure who has the hardest time when we are apart,Jonathan or myself.It's not often i do anything without my son but sometimes look forward to the time by myself even if it was just to run to the store for the mail.However when i do make plans for myself to go do something i am so excited,but than i find myself counting the mins for when i return home to my son,wonder what he is doing all the time and miss him soo much.I went out to dinner with my sister awhile back just to get out of the house,she was running late,so i called her to see if i could order for her just to hurry up supper so i could get back home..lol..Crazy i know.Steve has been working soo many hours latley everyday,in the past weeks i notice more and more how much Jonathan misses his Dad.It's soo cute,when we are all together latley,i can't even put Jonthan's coat on.Daddy do it!He says..We had breakfast this morning and i went to give him a bite of my toast but he only wanted Daddy's toast..I try to sing songs with Jonathan everyday,he loves it.I was singing in the car this morning on the way in to drop Steve off to work,but got interrupted by a little voice behind me.Daddy do it!! lolol..Jonathan has now started to cry when we drop his Dad off to work,so this morning we saved the Tim's run till after we dropped him off so i could get Jonathan his favorite donute.( so he could have something to look forward too)When we dropped Steve off,he started to cry,i said,it's ok Bud,Mommy go get you a donut?He got so excited kissed his Dad good bye and said..Thank you Daddy for the donut!!Steve looked at me and we both busted a gut with laughter.He said no problem Bud anytime..Sooo funny.

Kiss it

From the day our son was born,steve and i has always seemed to try to kiss away any sadness or pain our son might have had,because that's what parents do,they make it all better,were magic,we can fix anything with a kiss,right??Jonathan once hurt his toe,i remember seeing him hop around on one leg going from me to Steve,Steve to me for a kiss to make it all better,well we must of took to long,because by the time one of us got to him to kiss his toe he got tired of holding that one up in the air and put the other one up instead for a kiss.Must have hurt real bad,lol, but just as long as he got a kiss..Too funny.The other day Jonathan bit his tongue by mistake and cried sooo hard and came running to me Mama kiss it,Mama kiss it,with his toung hanging out.I thought,oh no,lolol.I kissed my finger than placed it on his tongue and MAGIC!The pain was gone..Too cute.

Today

Today i will start a blog about my life as mom.My son Jonathan will be 2 and half soon and does so many funny things everyday that i thought i would write it down to share with others,and so i will never forget.I don't want to miss a thing! Life goes by soooo fast.Maybe my son will someday read this and enjoy this just as much..
